Founder & Program Director

Shameka T. Smith is a dynamic leader and passionate advocate with over six years of experience driving community engagement, program development, and workforce advancement. As a Los Angeles native, Shameka has dedicated her career to empowering underserved communities by designing innovative programs that provide essential resources in education, healthcare, and employment. Through her leadership, she has created initiatives that meet the unique needs of individuals and families, delivering measurable impact and fostering long-term change.

 

Shameka's advocacy is rooted in her unwavering belief in full inclusion and the idea that everyone, regardless of their background, deserves access to the opportunities that make the American Dream attainable. She is committed to breaking down barriers and creating pathways to success for those who have been historically marginalized. Her work focuses on ensuring that individuals in underserved communities have the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive in all areas of life.

 

With a results-driven approach and a compassionate heart, Shameka has established herself as a trusted leader and a powerful voice for change in Los Angeles. Renea Fuller

Assistant Program Director & Treasurer 

Renea Fuller is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in the education field. She has extensive expertise in curriculum development, education strategic planning, and coordination of preparation efforts for both secondary and post-secondary education.

Currently, Renea works within the  Education industry where she is able to utilize her skills and knowledge to help train the next generation of healthcare professionals. In addition to her professional work, Renea is also a dedicated volunteer who spends her free time helping disadvantaged community members.

Throughout her career, Renea has demonstrated a commitment to excellence and a dedication to helping others. She is highly skilled in curriculum development and has a proven track record of success in education strategic planning.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Renea is also known for her compassion and dedication to helping those in need. She is a valuable asset for her employer and to the disadvantaged communities she serves through her volunteer work.

Leeneisha Tiffith

Community Engagement Coordinator

Leeneisha Tiffith is a professional caregiver with extensive experience in childcare, elderly care, and early childhood development. She is highly skilled in providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals of all ages, and has a deep understanding of the unique needs of different age groups. In addition to her professional experience, Leeneisha is also deeply committed to helping others, and spends her free time volunteering as a caregiver for family and friends. With her dedication and expertise, Leeneisha is an invaluable asset to any team, and is committed to delivering the highest standard of care to those in her charge.
